Great service, and excellent work 99/100 times when I've used their services and I use them for both home and office needs quite a bit. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that despite being an app, it doesn't let you rate the service quality after it's done through the app & instead the customer service team calls which negates a huge point about having an app. This is especially annoying when you order multiple services as you'll get multiple calls. Should also enable invoices on app.

I've ordered two services so far and it's been great. The carpenter was professional and fixed everything I asked him to. The AC guy gave me a discount because some of the things I had requested didn't need to be done. It's wonderful having reliable, cheap, handymen available for whatever you need help with at home. They were quick and efficient and made minimal mess.

My advice to the customers who use the services of this app is to avoid adding any visa or mastercard as a method of payment. Once you put it they start to withdraw money without even notifying you. It hapens to me twice, even for incomplete service or a service that hasn't been done. It is a rip off. Be ware.
